Yesterday at or around 2:00pm, while performing on-site plant improvements, a flange was not completely tightened allowing fugitive odors to escape the confines of the facility. The flange was tightened this morning at 9:30am and the odors have abated. We will continue to closely monitor the plant and thank the community and its officials for contacting DRT.
