DRT AMERICA MAINTENANCE NOTICE

To the Community,

DRT America will conduct maintenance work at our Rincon facility on Thursday, December 14, 2023. State Environmental Protection Division personnel will be onsite during the maintenance. The plant is currently idle, though during this work some equipment will be in use that releases steam.

On December 11, 2024, around 6:00 p.m, and again on the morning of December 12, 2024, DRT received complaints of odors in the community. DRT employees working at the plant also detected an odor, but based on its character, determined it was not emanating from DRT.
